Help Save J-Bay!
March 2, 2006
The famous little surfing town of Jeffrey's Bay in South Africa is under threat from developers and unless something is done about it, the J Bay we know and love will be history.
A new and scary development trend has made an appearance in the last few weeks and adverts have been placed in the press which is aimed at paving the way for a 15 story building to be erected at Dolphin beach in town.
Despite the growth, the town remains distinctively down-home and country, which is why everyone went there in the first place. But this low-rise, small town vibe is in danger as a developer has applied for a permit to build the 15-story building on the beach at Supertubes.
We have to stop this, and stop it now.
We need as many people as possible object to this development, whether you are a surfer or not please help save a little piece of paradise
